In 2004 a two years Auxillary nursing course affiliated by the Board of trustees was sanctioned.
Therefore a hostel for nursing students is a must, since the girls come from near
and far to study. Until now the students were accommodated in the wing of the Holy Cross Hospital.
In September 2017 the new hostel was inaugurated.
